Overview:
CCH found that their CPA firm and corporate accounting division markets were very receptive to case studies that put the CCH value proposition in real-world terms. Oak Sanderson worked with CCH to identify existing customers across all product and service areas and established a design template and working protocol for interviewing customers and completing the case studies as printed handouts.
Results:
With a thorough understanding of CCH's product benefits and competitive positioning, we engaged the different customers and created multiple case studies across all the CCH offerings.
