CA Direct Marketing Campaign

Overview:
CA asked Oak Sanderson for support in establishing and promoting a new high-level executive roundtable and golf tournament series in their southern region. The key challenge was to name, brand and drive registration for the event while also informing and educating the audience about CA's Governance, Risk Management and Compliance software solutions.

Results
We created the first ever GRC Clubhouse Classic, an event that could be duplicated for other CA software solution areas. The program included a mailed 3D invitation – with a themed door-opener and printed invitation – and an online response and registration vehicle. The campaign resulted in record responses and attendance.
