
Overview:
DynCorp International asked Oak Sanderson to help them upgrade their events presence and make better use of their event budgets. Working as a partner with DI Communications professionals, we analyzed existing event scenarios and provided recommendations and tactics to create a more compelling event experience while providing measurable ROI.
Results:
Working with the DI Creative Director's design and build-out of a custom tradeshow booth, we established a graphic style that used high-impact, relevant images to attract attention and convey targeted messages. We also designed an invitation and developed a follow-up communication system of e-mail and direct mail including survey micro-sites with real-time, online response reporting.
